promoting a tweet, visit Twitter’s advertising section and sign in. Specify
your country with time zone if required. Currently, advertising on Twitter is

advertising previously, click on New Campaign to begin with a fresh advertising
campaign.
Next,
select New Promoted Tweets Campaign. You’ll need to answer some setup questions
related to your campaign such as campaign name and duration. Next, specify your
targeting options. With interest-based targeting, you can target people similar
to those following a specific Twitter username. This means your ads can be
targeted at your competitor’s followers.
With
keyword targeting, your tweet appears in the search results of people searching
for a specific keyword. You can also target your ads at people from specific
locations or based on user device or gender. If you wish, you can manually
select tweets to promote or let Twitter select 5 recent engaging tweets. To
achieve a specific goal such as advertising a new product, it’s best to use the
Promote a New Tweet option to create a custom tweet.
Finally,
specify your total budget amount and maximum bid amount for an engagement. If
you bid lower than what Twitter suggests, there’s a possibility of being outbid
on your selected targeting options.
If
you’re using Twitter advertising for the first time, you need to specify a
payment method. Save your campaign. It goes live once approved.
Use Promoted Accounts to Grow
Followers
You
can also use Twitter advertising to increase your followers through promoted accounts. These accounts can be seen in different
Twitter areas, for example, in the Who to Follow box on the left sidebar. This

followers and users having specific interests.

wish to follow you. Budgeting options
are quite similar to those of promoted tweets. Be picky about targeting so that
you need to pay only for those followers who benefit your business.
